At True Align Coaching, our Empowered Leadership Track helps small business owners shift from micromanagement to intentional leadership. This service is designed for entrepreneurs who are ready to trust their team, delegate effectively, and foster a workplace culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation. Key Focus Areas: ~Trust & Delegation: Learn how to let go of control and delegate with confidence, empowering employees to take ownership. ~Team Development: Build an environment that supports ongoing learning, mentorship, and professional development. ~Open Communication: Foster psychological safety where team members feel encouraged to contribute ideas and feedback. ~Culture of Growth: Establish systems that support continuous improvement and shared success across the organization. By shifting your leadership mindset, you’ll not only free yourself to focus on strategic growth—you’ll cultivate a team that’s motivated, loyal, and ready to help your business thrive.


Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions 1. Coaching Services The Empowerment Momentum Package includes: ~Four (4) 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month. ~One (1) Weekly text-based check-ins for accountability and support. ~Personalized coaching tips and exercises following each session. ~All sessions are conducted virtually via [Zoom/Phone], as agreed upon. 2. Scheduling & Rescheduling ~Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions within the month of purchase. ~A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session. ~Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. ~Unscheduled sessions do not roll over to subsequent months. 3. Payment Terms ~The monthly fee for the Empowerment Momentum Package is $180. ~Payments are due in full prior to the commencement of services each month. ~Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy ~Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with written notice. ~Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. ~Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused sessions. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to: ~Attend scheduled sessions punctually. ~Engage actively in the coaching process. ~Complete any assignments or exercises between sessions. 7. Coach Responsibilities The coach commits to: ~Providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment. ~Offering guidance and resources tailored to the client's goals. ~Maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. 8. Limitation of Liability ~Infinity Solutions Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the coaching services. ~Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. 9. Agreement Acceptance By enrolling in the Empowerment Momentum Package, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
